Thanks for shopping at Boldcollectionz. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if for any reason your item is not delivered.

Returns For Non-Laptop Products.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns For Non-Laptop Products.

Find below and also read carefully our terms for all our Uk-Used Laptops.

N.B – Before you pay our courier man, you need to spend a little time going through your laptop upon receiving it.

  1. While we strive to deliver good quality Uk-Used laptops to you, we however are open to help you fix any fault you may discover in just 7 days of purchasing any of our listed laptops.
  2. Upon delivery of the laptop which comes at a free delivery and having paid the cash equivalent to our courier man, you have just 7 days to make a complaint.
  3. We do not immediately refund you as soon as the latop is returned, but we first assess the laptop to ensure it was never tampared with (we have marks of evidence in hidden places across the components).
  4. After inspecting the laptop and we can certify that your claims are true, we will simply try to fix the laptop. We have the best hands to work on any of the faults you find.
  5. We have just 3 days to return the Laptop to you having fixed your complaints. If we fail to return it in 3 days, you may request for a refund and we will sincerely and faithfully refund you.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
